We’re looking for a driven and ambitious 360 Logistics Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Greater Manchester. The Role
As a Logistics Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage your own 360 desk, taking responsibility for business development, account management, candidate sourcing and successful placements across the logistics and supply chain sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
 
* Developing and growing your own Logistics recruitment desk.
 
* Winning new business through proactive sales activity, networking and referrals.
 
* Building and managing long-term relationships with logistics, transport, warehousing and supply chain clients.
 
* Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality logistics professionals into temporary and permanent roles.
 
* Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to offer management and aftercare.
 
* Negotiating commercial terms, fees and service agreements.
 
* Developing existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
 
* Maintaining an active pipeline of candidates and clients using the CRM system.
 
* Consistently achieving and exceeding sales, activity and billing targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
 
* Previous experience working as a 360 Logistics Recruitment Consultant (essential).
 
* A proven track record of business development and consistently achieving recruitment targets.
 
* Strong client relationship management and account development skills.
 
* Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational abilities.
 
* A commercially focused, self-motivated and target-driven approach.
 
* The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
 
* A full UK driving licence is desirable.
