Pilgrim'S Europe is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to partner with the HR Business Partner and deliver the people strategy across the site. You will guide day-to-day HR activity, advise on Employee Relations, manage cases, and coach managers.
This role also covers union engagement, policy compliance, HR systems oversight, absence and performance processes, recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance, plus wellbeing and DE&I initiatives.
