We're looking for ambitious, driven people to join our Manchester team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants (Talent Delivery Executives). Whether you're a graduate or already have experience in sales, recruitment or another customer-focused environment, we'll provide the training, technology and support to help you build a successful career.

As a Talent Delivery Executive, you'll help identify and engage exceptional candidates for our clients by:

• Building relationships with candidates across the learning and education sector
• Using Linked In Recruiter, AI technology and our CRM to identify talent
• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
• Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Supporting experienced consultants on live recruitment projects
• Learning consultative recruitment from industry specialists
