Associate Consultant – Hospitality and Catering

We’re looking for an associate recruitment consultant to join our temp hospitality division, working across a range of specialist verticals within the hospitality sector.

This is an opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who’s hungry to learn, build relationships, and develop a desk in a fast-moving market. We’re open on sector background within hospitality, but an interest in the sector is a must.

What matters most is drive, coachability, and a genuine interest in recruitment as a career. Some recruitment or sales experience is useful but not essential; full training and support provided.

• – Supporting and growing a temp recruitment desk alongside senior colleagues
• – Learning to develop new business and build client relationships
• – Recruiting across hospitality operational and specialist roles
• – Managing candidate bookings through to shift fulfilment
• – Building and maintaining an active worker pool within your market
• – Delivering a fast, responsive service to meet short-notice client needs
• – Working closely with your manager to develop your desk and skillset

• – Some experience in recruitment, sales, or a fast-paced customer-facing role
• – Hospitality sector knowledge
• – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• – Commercially minded with a relationship-first approach
• – Open to business development, with support and training
• – Ambitious, coachable, and motivated by growth

The role is predominantly office based but you will be required to do site visits and team check-ins as required. A degree of flexibility and a can-do attitude is a must in this job.

• – Salary £27,500-£29,000 depending on experience, plus bonus
• – Uncapped bonus structure with no threshold
