This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting our business growth by helping us attract and secure top talent across all departments.
This position is a 12-month maternity cover, with the potential to become a permanent role for the right person.

Monday to Friday
As an Recruitment partner, you'll be a trusted recruitment partner to our hiring managers - managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy brief to successful offer. This role has a strong administrative and systems focus, so attention to detail, organisation, and process excellence are key.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently, using our systems to manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of recruitment administration and maintain accurate records across all systems.
• Write engaging, targeted job adverts and post them across the right platforms to attract quality applicants.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, and direct search methods.
• Conduct professional and engaging telephone screenings.
