What you'll be doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of client accounts
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Leading workforce planning and strategic hiring discussions
• Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights
• Developing attraction strategies and proactive talent pipelines
• Using data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and direct sourcing activity
• Coaching and supporting junior team members
