Forge Holiday Group in the UK is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team at Chester HQ, with travel to UK locations. You’ll act as trusted advisor to managers across the business, handling employee relations, coaching, organisational change and wider People projects.
You will apply HR policies and employment law, produce data, and build partnerships with Recruitment, Payroll, Learning & Development, Health & Safety, and HR Services to deliver a seamless People service.
