You'll be learning directly from experienced recruiters who are consistently closing deals and generating revenue - no layers of management, no passengers.

Several people coming through environments like this have gone on to earn six figures within 2-3 years , with structured progression and significant uncapped earning potential for top performers. What's on offer? £26K - £32K basic salary, OTE £46K (uncapped) What the Role Looks Like As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to:
Source and engage top-tier talent across AI and tech startups Run candidate outreach and qualification conversations Build relationships with founders, hiring managers, and candidates Learn how high-growth startups actually hire and scale Use AI tools daily to improve speed, output, and quality Progress toward running your own 360 recruitment desk This is a hands-on commercial role , not a support function.
