Sourcing and interviewing high-calibre candidates Managing vacancies for an established portfolio of clients Building long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers Advertising roles and proactively headhunting talent Negotiating job offers and guiding both parties through the hiring process Developing your own client base through business development and networking Becoming a specialist within your chosen market What We're Looking For This role would suit someone who is:
