Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology & Data Recruitment (Contract)

Manchester | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home) | 3-6 Month Contract

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support a period of growth across its Technology and Data functions.

This is a hands‑on role, managing end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, data and analytics vacancies while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a high‑quality, commercially focused recruitment service.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver successful hiring outcomes.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, Linked In and networking activities.
• Drive a direct sourcing‑first approach while managing agency relationships where required.
• Produce recruitment reporting and market insights.
• Manage offers, contracts and onboarding administration through the ATS.
• Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

• Proven in‑house or RPO recruitment experience, ideally within a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong track record recruiting technology, data and analytics professionals.
• Ability to understand technical skillsets and robustly assess candidate suitability.
• Experienced in direct sourcing, talent pipelining and competency‑based interviewing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong recruitment systems experience (Oracle experience advantageous).
• Proactive, organised and adaptable, with a hands‑on approach.
• Financial Services or Insurance recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
