From day one you'll be trained to recruit elite talent across software sales, sales engineering, and technical markets. You'll work with fast-growing and enterprise tech businesses across the UK, Europe, and the USA, helping them scale their commercial teams. Structured training and clear progression mean strong performers move up fast, in both responsibility and earnings.

• £25k–£30k base, £40k Y1 OTE
• Uncapped commission, with average fee sizes of £20k+
