A growing, independent recruitment business specialising in engineering, construction, digital, and renewable energy is looking for a confident, outgoing Recruitment Consultant to take over a renewable energy desk
.

With over 20 years’ industry experience at leadership level and strong client relationships already in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a warm, retained permanent desk within one of the fastest-growing sectors in the UK.

This is a genuine 360 role suited to someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and wants the freedom to grow their own market without corporate red tape.

• Take over a warm renewable energy desk with live retained roles
• Focus on permanent placements within the renewable sector
• Work with established clients already generating revenue

• Basic salary around £28k-£35k (review after probation)
• Uncapped commission with no threshold
• Up to 20% commission on billings

• Recruitment experience or a strong sales background
• Ideally experience within the renewable energy sector or engineering recruitment
• Alternatively, a genuine interest in moving into renewables

• Confident, chatty, and comfortable on the phone
• Someone who enjoys new business development and growing their own desk
• Motivated to build relationships, win clients, and increase revenue
