We're looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our client's growing Manchester team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of recruitment and develop into a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant, with training and support provided every step of the way.
What You'll Be DoingNo two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to:
- Get out there and connect with businesses across Greater Manchester.
- Match talented people with exciting career opportunities.
- Support candidates throughout their job search journey.
- Build meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Learn everything there is to know about your specialist market.
- Celebrate successes as you help people and businesses reach their goals.
- Continuously develop your skills with the support of an experienced team.
Based:
Manchester
Salary: £28k base, with exceptional commission structure.
