Loom Talent is hiring an HR Officer for a growing engineering/manufacturing business with two sites in Leicester and Birmingham. The role reports to the HR Manager and involves supporting recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day HR duties.
Expect practical HR advice to managers, handling employee relations, maintaining records and using HR systems for reporting. The position is permanent and onsite, with the opportunity to contribute to upcoming projects during a period of change and growth.
