Birtwistles Food Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment and HR Advisor to support the HR function across the organisation, managing recruitment campaigns, onboarding and providing HR guidance to staff and managers.
You will handle the recruitment cycle from requirement through to selection and onboarding, write and post adverts, conduct interviews and select candidates for onboarding. You will also ensure alignment with company strategy and policies across the site.
