Light & Wonder is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires across multiple EMEA countries. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and Facilities to deliver a seamless, compliant process that reflects our culture.
You will coordinate pre-boarding activities, maintain accurate HR records in Workday, and support continuous improvement across onboarding operations.
