Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with senior leaders and sales teams to diagnose capability gaps, shape strategies, and deliver targeted upskilling that boosts sales performance. • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and sales teams as a strategic advisor on capability and performance
• Identify capability gaps and design targeted upskilling strategies linked to business outcomes
• Deliver impactful facilitation, coaching and learning solutions for skill and capability growth
• Lead end-to-end capability programmes with measurable results
• Influence stakeholders and shape capability decisions using a performance consulting approach
• Manage internal resources and external partners to maximise impact and business performance
• Tasks Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels
• Strong commercial awareness and performance consulting expertise
• Experience creating and owning capability strategies, upskilling plans and development initiatives
• Experience facilitating engaging learning experiences in virtual and face-to-face environments
• Ability to measure impact using data and insights to inform improvements
• Experience managing multiple capability programmes, stakeholders and external partners
• Key requirements Hybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 days from home
