Description

Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate records.
Lead in Learning and Development Training Programme .
Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
HRIS Project - support with the data, workflow and integration of the new system due to launch.
Assist with employee queries and escalate when necessary.
Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with learning and development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and analyse data to support decision-making.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company guidelines.
Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related projects.

Profile

A successful HR Coordinator should have:

Experience in a human resources or administrative role, ideally within professional services.
Minimum of CIPD Level 3.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £35,000+ dependent on the level of experience.
Fixed-term contract until end of 2026 with potential for development.
