Oliver James is hiring a Talent and Development Partner to join our growing global T&D team in Manchester — and this could be the perfect next step for you.

If you’re passionate about coaching, love seeing others succeed, and want to make an impact beyond billing, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running Academy programmes
• Running 1:1 learning and coaching sessions with consultants
• Leading energising group workshops and onboarding programmes
• Driving “HIVES” our high-energy sales days focused on learning, motivation and performance
• Working closely with team leads to identify skill gaps and build tailored upskilling plans
• Helping shape and deliver long-term L&D strategies across teams

• Are known for coaching, mentoring or onboarding others
• HAVE to have contract experience or strong contract knowledge in order to train it
• Love supporting personal development and improving performance
