Resourcing4HR is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 6-8 week FTC or day-rate engagement, based on site in Milton Keynes. The role requires CIPD Level 7 and comprehensive experience in M&A activity, organisational change, restructures, consultations and redundancies.
The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on with day-to-day HR activities, ensuring delivery of operational HR and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
