HR Administrator
Location: Manchester (M11)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a successful and well-established organisation based in Manchester (M11). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR career within a supportive team environment, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary assignment.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, you will provide efficient and accurate HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service, confidentiality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and new starter documentation.
- Complete Right to Work checks, referencing and HR compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems.
- Support payroll changes and resolve data discrepancies.
- Coordinate inductions and probation processes.
- Assist with recruitment administration, including vacancy adverts, interview coordination and candidate communication.
- Respond to employee and manager queries, providing professional first-line HR support.
- Support HR reporting, audits and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain HR documentation, templates and processes.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and leavers.
- Knowledge of HR systems and strong data accuracy skills.
- Experience supporting recruitment administration.
- Understanding of HR processes and UK employment compliance.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).
- Manufacturing experience (desirable).
