Dahlia Recruitment - Life Sciences are partnered with a rapidly growing Medical Device company to recruit for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with the Regional President of EMEA, General Manager UK, Finance leadership and functional leaders across EMEA to drive people initiatives that support business growth and organisational capability. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND

EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a strong generalist human resources experience gained in multi-country European environments.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of UK employment legislation with practical exposure to Ireland, Germany and France highly desirable.
  • Proven capability managing employee relations matters in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience implementing talent, succession, performance and leadership frameworks.
  • Experience working within a global matrix organisation and balancing regional needs with global requirements.
  • Demonstrated capability driving organisational change and improving leadership effectiveness.
  • Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to constructively challenge leaders.
  • Commercial business acumen and ability to translate business priorities into people solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment with evolving structures and processes.
  • Experience working in regulated industries or international organisations highly regarded.
