What We're Looking For Recruitment or sales experience, with a commercial mindset and a genuine interest in building a career in specialist recruitment.

Confident building relationships and speaking with people from a range of backgrounds.

Organised, proactive and able to work ious, resilient and eager to develop specialist market knowledge.
