I’m working with a growing tech recruitment business that is looking for someone to take full ownership of its AI and Infrastructure desk.

You’ll be be joining at the ideal stage: the business already has proven case studies, established vendor relationships and exclusive work across the US and EMEA, but the desk still has plenty of room to grow and become your own.

• Build and develop the AI and Infrastructure desk
• Win new clients across the US and EMEA
• Grow existing relationships and uncover new opportunities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process
• Attend industry events in the UK and US
• Help shape the strategy and direction of the market
• Progress into leadership as the division grows

• A Recruitment Consultant with business development experience
• Someone who enjoys winning and developing client relationships
• A commercially minded and process-driven recruiter
• Someone who wants autonomy, ownership and accountability
• A person who will thrive in an ambitious, early-stage business

They’re also open to an experienced Delivery Consultant who is ready to step into their first 360 role and can demonstrate a genuine interest in business development.

• Market-leading basic salary
