Location: Salford
AJ Bell is seeking an experienced Reward professional to lead our Reward function as Head of Reward. You will own executive remuneration, annual bonus arrangements, LTIPs and other incentive plans, reporting to the HR Director and Rem Co to ensure governance and disclosures meet UK standards.
You will drive strategy, benchmarking, and policy development while managing employee share schemes and benefits, with a hybrid working model and a focus on attracting and retaining top talent.
