Senior Recruitment Consultant

The Opportunity

Our client is a well-funded and growing technology recruitment business with strong financial backing and ambitious plans for expansion.

They are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join the team, with a particular focus on the SaaS and wider technology market.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys both winning new business and delivering high-quality candidates, and who wants to build a successful desk within a business that has the investment and infrastructure to support growth.

As a 360 Tech Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing your own client base while delivering against live vacancies.

• Develop and manage a specialist SaaS/Technology recruitment desk
• Identify and win new business through proactive sales and business development
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, interview and qualify high-quality technology professionals
• Manage the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Generate new leads through Linked In, networking, referrals, database activity and other channels
• Negotiate terms, salaries and offers
• Consistently achieve individual billing and business development targets
• Develop market knowledge and become a trusted recruitment partner within your niche

• An experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Ideally experienced within Technology, SaaS, IT or Software recruitment
• Confident in business development and winning new clients
• Commercially minded and motivated by earning potential
• Comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle
• A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Target-driven, resilient and self-motivated
• Keen to develop a specialist desk and build a long-term career

• £30,000-£45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• 20% commission with NO THRESHOLD
• Hybrid working available after a qualifying period
• 25 days annual leave
• Additional paid Christmas shutdown
