Recruitment Account Manager
Manchester, Hybrid Working, Client Travel Required

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, Recruitment Business Partner or Talent Partner looking for a role with greater strategic influence?
What you'll be doing- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of client accounts
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- Leading workforce planning and strategic hiring discussions
- Providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking and talent insights
- Developing attraction strategies and proactive talent pipelines
- Using data and reporting to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and direct sourcing activity
- Coaching and supporting junior team members
- Experience with in Talent Acquisition, MSP, RPO, Recruitment or Talent Partnering environments
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences
- Commercial awareness with a consultative approach
- Experience influencing hiring decisions and workforce planning activity
