HR Coordinator; FTC)

Fitch Group is currently seeking a 6 Month FTC HR Coordinator based out of our Manchester office.

• Manage people-related processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, for the EMEA region.
• Take ownership of HR queries and tasks, ensuring they are resolved accurately and promptly, escalating issues as needed.
• Deliver a professional and high-quality service to stakeholders and employees.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
• Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of HR Strategy.

• You bring either experience in HR or a strong educational background relevant to human resources or business.
• You have an interest in stakeholder management and enjoy building positive relationships across teams.
• You are eager to learn about HR processes and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• You are a clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, and can connect effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• You pay close attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing your responsibilities.
• You are keen to develop your problem-solving skills and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
