About You
To be successful for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you'll be a highly driven and ambitious individual. You'll have experience building relationships and working to targets, ideally within a sales environment.
You should also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Have a thirst for knowledge and self-development
Be creative and have an entrepreneurial mindset
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
The Role
As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process. You'll build and maintain a network of clients and place candidates in mid to senior level roles within a specialist engineering market.
You can also expect to:
Assess job specs and create adverts
Proactively source specialist candidates
Qualify and screen candidates over the phone and through video
Manage interview and offer processes
Gain specialist market information and leverage it to grow market share
Manage relationships with new and existing businesses
Sell our services to new clients and pitch for retained business
