Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality Division

We’re looking for recruitment consultants to join our temp hospitality division, working across a range of specialist verticals within the hospitality sector.

This is an opportunity for recruiters who know how to build relationships, win business, and deliver quality candidates into a fast-moving market. We’re open on sector background within hospitality – whether your experience sits in hotels, restaurants, pubs, catering, leisure, events, or support functions.

What matters most is recruitment experience, commercial drive, and the ability to build a desk properly. Hospitality recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.

• -Managing and growing a temp/contract recruitment desk
• -Developing new business and expanding existing client relationships
• -Recruiting across hospitality operational and specialist roles
• -Managing the full recruitment process from booking to shift fulfilment
• -Building and maintaining an active worker pool within your market
• -Delivering a fast, responsive service to meet short-notice client needs
• -Working closely with leadership to shape growth within your vertical

• -Recruitment experience essential – agency background preferred
• -Hospitality sector experience preferred but not required
• -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• -Commercially minded and relationship-led
• -Comfortable with business development
• -Ambitious, self-driven, and motivated by growth

• -Salary £30k-£37k depending on experience in agency recruitment
• -Uncapped bonus structure with no threshold
