What You'll Be DoingYou’ll support a broad range of HR processes, including:
- Monthly payroll administration
- Recruitment and safer onboarding
- Employee records and HR systems
- Absence management
- Pensions and family leave
- Contracts and salary changes
- HR reporting and compliance
- Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries
Previous experience within HR is essential, with school or education experience highly desirable. You’ll be organised, approachable and comfortable managing sensitive information and competing deadlines.
