The RoleYou’ll take responsibility for a varied range of HR administration, including:
Recruitment and onboarding
DBS and safeguarding checks
Employee records
Contracts and staff changes
Absence and leave administration
HR systems and reporting
Supporting payroll information
Previous experience in HR administration or an HR Officer position is essential. Experience with in a school or education environment would be advantageous.
Excellent organisation, confidentiality and attention to detail are key.
