HR Transformation Success Factors Senior Consultant

Are you passionate about helping organisations modernise their HR function through digital transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale HR and SAP Success Factors programmes, partnering with clients to redesign HR operating models, enhance employee experience, and deliver innovative technology-driven solutions. You'll gain exposure to advisory, transformation, and implementation projects while working with senior HR, business, and technology stakeholders across a variety of industries.

• Support the design and delivery of HR transformation programmes, helping clients develop future HR operating models, workforce processes, and employee experiences.
• Contribute to SAP Success Factors and broader HR technology initiatives, supporting solution design, implementation, and digital HR transformation projects.
• Work closely with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse challenges, and develop practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, assessments, and transformation work streams while contributing to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth activities.

• Proven experience delivering HR Transformation, HR Technology, or SAP Success Factors-enabled programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR operating models, and digital HR solutions.
• Experience supporting SAP Success Factors implementations or HR technology transformation initiatives, with Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll experience being advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional project teams.
