You'll be based in our Manchester headquarters while working closely with clients and candidates across Germany or the Netherlands, helping some of the region's most innovative businesses hire exceptional technology talent.

Our Manchester office is home to some of Gravitas' highest-performing teams globally and has produced many of the business' top billers and future leaders. You'll join a high-performance environment with a supportive leadership team that understands exactly what it takes to succeed, having progressed from Graduate Recruitment Consultant level themselves.

• Building relationships with clients and candidates across Germany or the Netherlands
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent through to offer acceptance
• Conducting interviews and candidate consultations in German, Dutch and English
• Using Linked In, networking, headhunting and business development techniques to identify top talent
• Generating new business opportunities and building client partnerships
• Becoming a market expert within your specialist technology sector
• Managing multiple recruitment processes and delivering exceptional customer service
• Building and growing your own specialist recruitment desk

• Recent graduates from any degree discipline OR sales experience
• Fluent German and English speakers OR Fluent Dutch and English speakers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
