5) to join the MRI HR & OD team. The role covers employee relations such as sickness absence, disciplinary issues, and grievances, with scope to contribute to engagement, communications and well-being initiatives.
You will support HR Directors and Business Partners, handling employment relations for medical and non-medical staff, while ensuring policy and legal compliance.
