** Technology Change & Communications Lead**, where you'll lead strategic communications and change enablement across a portfolio of impactful IT projects.

** What you'll do:
*** Develop and deliver communication strategies for major IT initiatives.
* Lead change enablement to support adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging with project milestones.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, briefings, and feedback loops.
* Monitor adoption and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
** What you'll bring:
*** Proven experience in IT communications, change management, or project delivery.
* Strong storytelling skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
