D365 Progamme Manager

Looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Programme Manager to lead a large-scale transformation within a prominent North West manufacturing group. This role involves taking full ownership of the Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, guiding cross-functional teams, managing third-party suppliers, and ensuring successful business change management. You will be responsible for delivering the programme across Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Operations, overseeing data migration, system integration, and customisation work streams.

The role requires strategic project governance and steering committee management, along with driving change initiatives and training to support the company’s transition.

• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 F&O transformations in the manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of finance and supply chain modules within Dynamics 365
• Successful track record of ERP rollouts across multi-site organisations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing full project lifecycle from planning to go-live
