MRJ have partnered exclusively with a hyper growth SaaS company embarking on an exciting new AI first journey.

We're working with the CTO to spin out a new 'AI first' team from scratch (Product Lead, Engineers, QA) focused on building and launching high-impact and groundbreaking AI products & features that will a) take the company to new levels and b) take the market by storm.

"As a founding Full stack Engineer within this new AI venture, you'll join a high-performing engineering team that is being build from scratch to create innovative AI and LLM products from the ground up. We move fast, build lean, and iterate quickly. If you love solving real problems, experimenting, and shipping impactful products, this one’s for you."

Day-to-day you will.....

• Build AI-powered products from zero to one, rapidly prototyping and scaling
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions using modern engineering practices
• Work hands-on with Claude, GPT and other LLMs to build intelligent products
• Develop MVPs at pace, iterate based on real feedback, and optimise for speed-to-value
• Collaborate with Product, Design and ML teams to bring ideas to life
• Help shape engineering standards, architecture, and technical direction

We're looking for experienced Senior Engineers, passionate about AI & using tools like Claude, and with a track record working with tech first startup or scale-up companies.

And it is expected that you will offer:

• Proficiency in one or more modern tech stacks:
  Type Script / Node.js, Azure / Cloud-native architecture, .NET Core, Go (Golang)
• An MVP mindset, agile, experimental, shipping products at pace
• Pragmatism, you care about impact, not perfection
