• Taking full ownership of multiple SEO accounts, developing strategies that boost visibility, traffic, and conversions.
• Managing and mentoring a small team of SEO specialists, helping them grow and deliver stand‑out work.
• Conducting in‑depth technical and content audits to shape SEO roadmaps.
• Using tools like SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics to monitor and improve performance.
• Managing link‑building and outreach activity.
• Working closely with account managers and developers to make sure strategies are implemented effectively.

• 5+ years’ experience in SEO (agency background preferred).
• Experience managing a small team or mentoring others.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge.
• Solid understanding of on‑page, off‑page and content SEO.
• Familiarity with AEO or interest in developing in this space.
• Confident using platforms like Word Press, Shopify or Magento.
• Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once.
