As an Analytics and Insights Consultant you will contribute to flagship projects, influence enterprise transformation, and execute innovative solutions to address the complex challenges of our  this role you will play a key role in:
* Leading & contributing to scalable delivery:
Operate as a product owner, managing agile planning, governance, and execution to deliver cost-effective, scalable analytics and BI products.
* Modernising data and platforms:
Provide advisory and hands-on support for transforming legacy data platforms, including data engineering and platform configuration.
* Designing and implementing analytics products:
Translate business requirements into technical solutions that ensure scalability, robust data governance and optimal performance.
* Developing innovative solutions:
Create PoCs and MVPs for Data & AI solutions focusing on pipeline automation, ELT/ETL processes, and deployment through enterprise data platforms.
* Enabling data-driven insights:
Conduct data modelling best practices through schema design, semantic modelling and statistical analysis, while understanding sector-specific datasets and business processes to deliver actionable insights.
* Crafting compelling user experiences:
Blend user-centred design with storytelling to deliver impactful Gen AI/BI, Web Apps and data products interfaces, leveraging UI/UX design frameworks and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
* Measuring the impact of AI:
Apply methodologies such as business KPI frameworks, performance analytics and graph analytics to implement, monitor, and demonstrate the business value of AI-infused products & insights.

* Learning & Development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications etc.## YOUR PROFILEWe are looking for candidates who bring a combination of technical expertise, consultancy experience, and leadership skills to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate most or all of the following:

Consulting

Experience:

* Currently working in a major Consulting firm or in industry with a Consulting background, with solid foundation of technical expertise and project delivery experience.
* Comfortable managing stakeholders and working across various stages of End-to-End Analytics / AI Transformation or Large-scale Deployments / Technology Implementation Programmes.
* Demonstrate capability in agile methodologies and project governance tools and artifacts for product delivery.
* Ability to simplify the complex and story tell to show outcomes as a product of business and technology transformation with data & AI.
* A passion that is contagious for your chosen Industries.

Analytical

Skills:

Hands-on experience in:
* Data modelling, statistical analysis, machine learning or advanced analytics with solid experience delivering best practice data models within an organisation
* Proficient in using frontend BI tools to create dashboards and interactive visual reports (such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or Looker) to provide advisory and solutions to real-world data complications faced by our clients.

Analytics technologies:
Hands-on experience in at least two of the following:
* Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Dataverse.

Experience with Copilot Studio experience is a plus.
* Programming languages such as Python, R or SQL.
* Cloud platforms experience such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
* Enterprise data solutions (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Informatica ).
