A rapidly growing consumer brand in the lifestyle and supplements space is searching for an E-Commerce Manager to take the lead across all online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, and Tik Tok Shop.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and knows how to turn data into meaningful commercial results. If you love driving performance, optimising journeys, and owning digital revenue, you’ll be central to shaping the brand’s next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day trading across Shopify, Amazon, and Tik Tok Shop, ensuring product data, pricing, and stock accuracy are always up to date.
  • Enhance product pages, collections, keywords, A+ content, conversion funnels, and marketplace content to maximise visibility and sales.
  • Track KPIs daily (CR, AOV, ROAS, revenue), identify CRO opportunities, and support marketing with paid ads, emails, and product launches.
  • Manage Amazon operations:
    Buy Box performance, PPC, reviews, FBA, and compliance.
  • Work closely with marketing, inventory, warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and a consistent customer journey.
  • Improve workflow improvements and automations across Shopify, Amazon, Tik Tok, ERP, and fulfilment systems.
Who You Are
  • Experienced in e-commerce management with 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably with sports nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, D2C, or FMCG brands.
  • Analytical, commercially minded, and confident using data to drive decisions.
  • Skilled in SEO, keywords, CRO, and understanding how customers behave online.
  • Organised, detail-driven, and capable of owning performance end-to-end.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and warehouse teams.
  • Experience with Odoo, Klaviyo, or Amazon PPC is a bonus.
  • Passion for fitness, supplements, or lifestyle brands is beneficial.
