You’ll take ownership of strategic planning, campaign direction, and performance outcomes across a portfolio of brands, directly impacting revenue growth and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics, collaborating closely with media buyers, creatives, and account managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional POD (media buyers, creatives, account managers) to drive strategic growth for multiple e-commerce brands.
  • Develop 12-month growth roadmaps aligned to client KPIs across revenue, CAC, and acquisition targets.
  • Analyse performance data to inform creative direction, media strategy, and optimisation efforts.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, providing regular insights and growth recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment across teams to deliver measurable client outcomes and drive long-term success.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align creative with performance strategy.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce growth levers, acquisition channels, and landing page optimisation.
  • High proficiency with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale, and performance analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of building trust with clients and internal teams.
