Business Analyst - 12 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - 3-4 days On site
We're looking for a Business Analyst to come in and support the delivery of a contact centre modernisation program, working across a number of work-streams. The program is in the process of awarding a contract to a new partner for a replacement Contact Centre solution.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Develop and manage comprehensive delivery plans for client-owned services and integrations
- Support and lead the delivery and testing of the replacement Contact Centre solution
- Liaise between the new Contact Centre partner and existing service providers (e.g., PCI Pal, Verint) to ensure seamless integration
- Provide Business Analyst support to the programme, covering various development aspects
