• Develop the blueprint for how they build product: critical paths, calendars, tech packs, PLM. You set the gold standard.
• Challenge materials. Demand innovation. Sustainability isn't a trend there - it's built into your sourcing strategy.
• Collaborate with Merch, Design, Production - and still lead your own team.
• Mentor the next wave: your team will follow your tempo - fast, focused, fierce.
• Be their fit-obsessed quality gatekeeper. From lab testing to wear trials - you'll know what works and what won't.
