Senior Legal Technologist
A leading global law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Legal Technologist with experience with Document automation to join its award-winning Legal Innovation team on a 12 month initial fixed term contract. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, client-facing legal technology projects and to contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions across complex legal work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will support the Document Lifecycle team in leading the delivery of the most complex automation projects, for both internal and external clients, take a leading role in the mentorship of other team members and provide valuable insights into the drafting process.
- Collaborate with lawyers, clients, and internal teams to identify opportunities for technology-enabled efficiencies.
- Scope, define, and manage legal technology delivery across significant and complex matters.
- Provide insights and support in the deployment of new software solutions, data analysis, and reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to drive adoption of legal technology solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the development of innovation initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience delivering legal technology projects within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Previous experience of document automation for both internal and external clients, along with knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies and their impact on the drafting process.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HighQ, Kira and Legora, Contract Express, Office & Dragons, Clarilis or similar legal technology platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Highly proactive, delivery-focused, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities.
- Interest in innovation, AI, and the evolving legal services market.
