Service Now Developer | Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Remote with 1–2 days per month onsite

A leading UK technology services organisation is expanding its internal Service Now development team as part of a major, multi-year investment in the platform. This is a great opportunity for a Service Now Developer to play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves across both internal business functions and customer-facing technology services.
With new leadership, a clear technology roadmap and significant investment underway, this is a chance to join during a period of real transformation and growth.
The RoleAs a Service Now Developer, you’ll design, build and enhance scalable solutions on the Service Now platform, working closely with platform owners, process owners and stakeholders across the business.
You’ll contribute to solution design, development, integrations and ongoing platform optimisation, helping ensure Service Now continues to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Platform Development & Configuration- Build, configure and enhance Service Now applications, modules and workflows
- Develop Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules and Flow Designer automations
- Create custom applications in line with governance and best practices
- Translate business needs into scalable Service Now solutions
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions
- Collaborate with developers, admins and platform owners
- Build and maintain integrations using APIs and Integration Hub
- Support data migration, transformation and automation
- Troubleshoot defects and platform issues
- Monitor and optimise performance and stability
- Stay current with new Service Now releases and features
- Contribute to documentation, standards and best practices
- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and data model
- Experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM and TPSM modules
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Integration Hub)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (essential)
- CIS-ITSM and/or CIS-CSM certifications
- ITIL v4 Foundation
