Finova are hiring cloud first developers who thrive in a dynamic agile environment. Our teams pride themselves on collaborating to solve problems quickly and efficiently with our client’s needs in mind. You'll be used to reshaping on-prem solutions to work on the cloud - taking the business knowledge built up over a number of years and utilising the latest techniques to make a next generation solution.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable B2B workflow solutions, our product at its heart is a complex workflow engine which powers our customers businesses.
• Lead and contribute to the development of cloud-native solutions taking an API first approach.
• Predictability is needed in all our teams, and you will be used to working in a now / next / later environment.
• Flexible working required, must have the ability to work out of hours occasionally; on call work is sometimes required.

• You need to enjoy working on automation and have the skills to make engines testable and maintainable.
• You will be an expert in typescript / JavaScript and have experience in containerisation. Our current platforms are .Net and azure native so experience here is helpful but not essential.
• Understanding a high-performance language such as GoLang and it’s practical application.
• You are already looking at Cursor, CoPilot, Warp or similar.
• Experience of at least one major cloud vendor and the pros and cons of using their dedicated tools.
• Our teams are cross-functional and our technical leads need to be able to work across boundaries to create and deliver solutions.
• A fast iterative approach to software is needed, you work with CI/CD and constantly automate.
• We build it, we run it is a mantra, so everything needs to be supportable and instrumented.
