£25,000 to £30,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including bonus, pension, 25 days holiday (rising to 32 days with length of service), two wellness days, option to purchase more annual leave (up to 10 days) or sell leftover days, Medicash, excellent career development plans, certification opportunities etc.

Our key client, ranked as one of the best companies to work for in the country, is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a hugely successful business, in the legal industry, that hold Gold Investor in People status as testament to their company culture, work-life balance (35 hour working week), and overall employee wellbeing.

The successful IT Service Desk Analyst will be primarily office-based (four days per week), in the centre of Manchester. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining an organisation that really value their employees and offer excellent training and progression opportunities to aid their development.

Essential skills:
- MS365
- At least a couple of years working in IT support
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Really personable character, willing to go the extra mile for colleagues
