Are you a Service Now Technical Consultant looking to step into a Training Lead-style role? Or perhaps you’re a Service Now Trainer seeking greater autonomy, ownership, and influence?
We are working closely with an Elite Service Now Partner who are looking to hire a Technical Trainer to join their growing business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving and delivering technical training to graduate developers coming through their academy, as well as supporting the enablement of technical consultants and platform users.
- Play a key role in shaping the next generation of Service Now developers through a well-established internal academy
- Enjoy genuine autonomy to design, build, and evolve technical training programmes without unnecessary bureaucracy
- Work closely with senior technical and leadership teams who value training as a strategic function, not a tick-box exercise
- Be part of a growing organisation with clear long-term progression into a Training Lead or broader enablement role
- Benefit from a collaborative, people-first culture that invests heavily in learning, development, and innovation
- Proven experience training, mentoring, or coaching junior-level developers or consultants
- Strong, hands-on Service Now technical knowledge across core areas such as ITSM, CSM, CMDB, scripting, and integrations
- Background in a Service Now technical role (Developer, Technical Consultant, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience designing, developing, or contributing to technical training materials, documentation, or enablement content
- Designing and owning end-to-end technical training programmes for graduate developers and technical consultants
- Delivering classroom-based, virtual, and hands-on technical training sessions
- Creating, maintaining, and evolving technical documentation and structured learning pathways
- Acting as a technical mentor and escalation point for academy learners
- Continuously improving training initiatives in line with Service Now platform updates and business needs
