A fast-growing, innovation-led blockchain technology provider is seeking a high-impact Blockchain Sales Director to accelerate enterprise adoption across the financial services sector. This is a strategic, senior commercial role suited to a sales leader who combines deep industry relationships with a strong technical understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and next-generation financial infrastructure.

You will be at the forefront of one of the most transformational shifts in financial technology — enabling banks, asset managers, custodians, fintechs, and capital markets firms to modernise their platforms, reduce operational friction, and unlock new digital-asset opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise sales across banking, asset management, capital markets, custody, and fintech clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close, supported by product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting high-value blockchain and digital-asset use cases (tokenisation, settlement, compliance, data integrity, smart-contract automation, cross-border payments, and more).
  • Build strong C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across global financial institutions.
  • Educate clients on the commercial impact of blockchain solutions, turning technical capabilities into clear ROI.
  • Forecast, track, and manage revenue pipelines with accuracy and strategic insight.
  • Represent the company at industry events, round tables, and thought-leadership forums.
  • Collaborate internally on product roadmap discussions, bringing market intelligence and client feedback into strategic decisions.
About You
  • Proven success in enterprise sales within financial services, fintech, SaaS, blockchain, digital assets, or infrastructure technology.
  • Strong network across UK/EU financial institutions — ideally with existing relationships at banks, asset managers, custodians, or payment firms.
  • Ability to navigate complex, high-value sales cycles with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Passionate about blockchain, decentralised technologies, digital assets, and financial-market innovation.
  • Commercially sharp, strategically minded, and comfortable in both technical and business conversations.
  • Confident communicator capable of articulating vision, value, and competitive advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a high-growth, fast-moving, client-driven environment.
